Burmilla

History  

 In 1981 a woman named Miranda Bickford-Smith bought a cat Chinchilla (chinchilla persian) male for a birthday gift to her husband. The cat was named Sanquist fingers. Miranda neighbors have a female cat named Ras Bambino Lilac Burmese Fabergà ©. At one point Faberge entered the fertile period (lust, get married), the owner mengrung Faberge in order not to marry another cat. Somehow Faberge Sanquist berhasiil out and visit.
From marriage Sanquist (Ras Persian Chinchilla) and Faberge (Ras Burmese), was born four short furry tail kitten, black with silver shade of color patterns. Fourth this cats have distinctive temperament and nature. Finally decided to start a race in a controlled breeding program.
Burmilla word itself is a mix of Burmese and Chinchilla. New in 1984 races Burmilla recognized standard. But only in the year 1997 is recognized as a race Burmilla cats with genetic traits that stable. In the UK, Fife Burmilla has gained recognition as a race of cat in the contest in 1990.
Burmilla appearance Burmilla is a cat-sized, with physical properties similar to the Burmese. Having short hair, dense and soft. Dark colors such as â € œeye Linera €? surrounding the green eyes is one hallmark Burmilla.
Because our ancestors were a race Burmilla Chinchilla, Burmilla cats have long hair gene. Some Burmilla kittens have long hair. Acting like other races who have the versions of the long hair and short hair versions, the long hair version of the Burmilla is a special race named Tiffany.
Ras Burmilla has a fairly muscled body, slightly rounded face, and a short snout. This race adult weight ranges from 4 â € "5 Kg.
Burmilla has a variety of colors such as black, blue, champagne, chocolate, cream, lilac, platinum and red. Tortie colors can also appear with the color combination of black, blue, brown, lilac chocolate checkers.
The Burmilla is quite an irreverent and independent cat WHO adores its owner usually is out of its snobbish nature in an attempt to gain superlatives in return. In temperament they want are Sociable, playful, and affectionate, and get along well with children and other animals
Temperament Burmilla Temperament is a combination of the Burmese and Chinchilla. They are active and love to play like a Burmese general. But its not too over active as the original because of race Burmese Chinchilla balanced by nature a quiet and elegant.
